• Applications for the Worked All South Carolina Certificate must be submitted on the WASC Application form along with a county record-sheet showing callsign of station worked, date, time in UTC, band, mode, and county.

• Submissions of QSL Cards is not required. QSL's are to be VERIFIED by two non-family Amateur licensees, General Class or Higher, and signatures provided on the application sheet.

• USA-CA ALL COUNTY holders can have the above requirement waived by submitting their USA-CA ALL COUNTY number and award date. After confirmation from the USA-CA ALL COUNTY Manager, the certificate will be issued.

• The WASC Manager reserves the right to spot-check any QSO's for validity by contacting the any of the applicants claimed stations.
